1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Savannah Saga (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Account Creation & Authentication

You may access Savannah Saga in the following ways:

• Google Sign-In: Create an account using your Google credentials. This enables cloud save, leaderboard participation, referral features, and cross-device progress sync.
• Guest Mode: Play without creating an account. Guest progress is stored locally on your device and cannot be recovered if the app is uninstalled or data is cleared. Guest users have limited access to social and competitive features.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

3. Virtual Currency (Coins)

Savannah Saga features an in-app virtual currency called “coins.” Please note the following:

• Coins are earned through gameplay, daily challenges, achievements, referrals, and watching optional advertisements.
• Coins can be used to unlock categories, purchase in-game items, and access premium features within the App.
• Coins have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged, refunded, or transferred for cash or any other consideration.
• We reserve the right to modify coin earning rates, costs, and available rewards at any time.
• Any attempt to exploit, hack, or manipulate the coin system may result in account suspension or termination.

4. Acceptable Use

When using Savannah Saga, you agree not to:

• Use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, hacks, mods, or any unauthorized third-party tools.
• Manipulate leaderboard rankings or game scores through fraudulent means.
• Create multiple accounts to abuse referral programs or earn unfair rewards.
• Submit offensive, misleading, or inappropriate content through any user-generated content features.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers, networks, or infrastructure.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, national, or international law.

5. Content Ownership & Intellectual Property

All content within Savannah Saga, including but not limited to trivia questions, graphics, user interface designs, logos, sounds, and game mechanics, is the intellectual property of Savannah Saga and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise use any content from the App without our express written permission.

6. User-Generated Questions

Savannah Saga may allow users to submit trivia questions for consideration. By submitting a question, you agree to the following:

• You grant Savannah Saga a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, modify, adapt, publish, and display your submitted content within the App.
• Submitted questions must be factually accurate to the best of your knowledge and must not contain offensive, defamatory, or copyrighted material.
• We reserve the right to review, edit, reject, or remove any user-submitted content at our sole discretion.
• You will not receive monetary compensation for accepted submissions, though in-app rewards (such as coins) may be granted at our discretion.

7. Advertisements

Savannah Saga is a free-to-play game supported by advertisements served through Google AdMob. Ads may appear as banner ads, interstitial ads, or rewarded video ads. Rewarded ads are optional and provide in-game benefits such as extra coins or lives. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements displayed in the App.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Savannah Saga shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, game progress, or virtual currency, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Savannah Saga at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• Cheating, exploiting bugs, or manipulating game systems.
• Engaging in abusive, harassing, or inappropriate behavior.
• Creating fraudulent or duplicate accounts.

Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Any virtual currency, progress, or achievements associated with your account may be forfeited. You may also delete your account at any time through the app settings.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.
